New Peer Cache
Please change your current Peer Cache with this: wpcc.no-ip.org
Go to Setting for modify the Peer Cache, after the modify click "Apply".

For make own Plug-in download this source [C/C++] or this source [MFC]and write on it and insert you preferred plugin name, after havecompiled it, the result is a simply DLL, can you put on "Plugins"folder of program. The sources are in C and you must know this languagefor write a Plugin.
